Muroz, an esteemed member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), brings a wealth of qualifications to the table, including a Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, a Retrofit Assessor certification, a Level 3 Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings, and a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification. With a rich history spanning over 15 years in the property sector, Muroz has amassed extensive experience in a variety of fields. His expertise extends to offering invaluable advisory services to landlords and external clients, proficiently managing properties, ensuring top-notch property maintenance, conducting stock conditioning surveys, and performing thorough domestic energy assessments. Most recently, Muroz successfully handled complaints within the surveying team at Westminster City Council. Notably, he is a co-founder of RMS and actively contributes to the coordination of services for a major housing provider within a prominent London borough.
Jack Warwick
Jack, a seasoned professional with a Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, a Retrofit Assessor certification, a Level 3 DEA qualification, and expertise in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), embarked on his journey in the building industry as a dedicated labourer more than two decades ago. Jack's remarkable career trajectory has equipped him with a diverse skill set that encompasses a wide range of disciplines within the construction domain. Along his journey, he absorbed the fundamental principles of building pathology. Jack's extensive experience includes collaborations with various housing associations and councils, among them the esteemed Westminster City Council. His roles have spanned a broad spectrum, including addressing legal disrepair matters. As a co-founder of RMS, Jack plays a pivotal role in actively coordinating services for a major housing provider within a prominent London borough.

At the heart of our operations, Seda Muroz, our dedicated Administration Manager, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of company administration and efficient data collection. With an impressive corporate background, Seda brings a wealth of experience and skills to our team.
Seda's journey began on foreign shores, starting from the very foundation of a career in fabric design. With a strong determination and a passion for her craft, she climbed the professional ladder, steadily ascending to the position of a corporate manager. In this role, she took charge of the day-to-day operations and skilfully managed the administration staff.
